Dr. Whitmore grew up in central Indiana and returned home to practice after completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Indiana University School of Dentistry. She spent two years in a community health setting before opening Maple & Birch in 2012 — because she wanted a practice where she knew every patient by name.
